Anytime I buy something at Best Buy. I always buy the warranty. It never fails to come in handy when the warranty works so easy if you have to return something..

best coverage for equipment, headphones, televisions you name it. I have been buying from best but for ten plus years and this coverage had made it even easier the past two years ive had it. worth its weight in gold. oh and fantastic customer service every time.

Great laptop best purchase I made for my teenage daughter

bought this open box. this is as new. looks like there was a problem that's is the reason other guy brought it back. screen freezes so i have to return it back and will by a new one

I cannot begin to refer anyone, especially parents, how important this is to have on your tech. I have replaced, repaired, and received education on so many tech purchases for myself and all my family. It is so worth it.

I normally don't buy extended warranties. But this time I did and it has been worth the purchase. My grandson brought the screen on his laptop and it was sent out for repair. Took about 2 weeks. They receive it back at the store and notice damage and sent it our for more repairs. Thank you Best Buy!

The store has always given me great service. From department purchases to Geek Squad and registers, the associates have all been kind and knowledgeable. We have the service plan as well that we purchased with a dryer a little after a year ago. The salesman explained it to us and we just renewed, happy with the product. The only thing we wish they could do is to help customers when they come to the Geek desk. Some will acknowledge you when you are standing behind a customer. Others don't even look at you at all. There is almost always more customers than employees.
