It’s nice to have the security of the plan for my laptop. Setup of the laptop by geek squad was included , so that was a plus.

There are so many great features in BestBuy members package. I have had it for less than a month and it has saved me several times. Laptop died, they checked it for free. Problem with set up Microsoft in new laptop they did it for free. I am scheduled to begin classes with them to help me, free.

I love my Best Buy protection! That is why I buy all my gadgets, phones, and appliances at this store so I don’t have to worry if it breaks or anything happens to it because I have the protection all in one place!

excellent in home service. the tech guys showed up a few minutes ahead of their scheduled time and did a diagnostic and determined my TV had failed beyond repair. they are taking care of the replacement for me. all I had to do was call to setup an in home replacement call. easy peazy

Covers a lot and is definitely what needs to be covered especially if you have children. I recommend the warranty for everyone.

Excellent purchase for protection and peace of mind.

Need a laptop for our son to take some online courses. Did a comparison of the 6 or 7 models available in store. This was almost a steal. My son (24 yrs old) has completed his first course and loves the product. I only wish it had a backlight for the keyboard. But the speed and memory were great value!!!

I purchased a new iPad exactly like the old one. I like it so much that I will continue to replace it when it’s prudent to do so. It was even on sale. Great buy.

For my previously owned computer which is the exact same model? I was having trouble with the screen movement and it would shut the computer off. I brought it back in. And they were so wonderful, say help me with the computer. Realizing that there was a recall and got me set up with my brand new computer. I love it and I love the service.

You just never know what could happen and for the price, it's so worth the peace of mind. I had the unfortunate experience with another device where I had only the 1yr manufacturers warranty, and one week after it expired, cogs and screws literally started popping out on thier own! Totally a manufacturers issue that would've been covered with Best Buy Protection so I was sure to get it with my new computer purchases.

Did call using my service geek squad but the person on the other end was very hard to understand.

I am very impressed by the employee that had helped me, I was purchasing a new laptop for school and wasn’t sure which one would be best. And he recommended to me which products would be best fit for my computer.
