Decided to add this option when purchasing a laptop. No need for it so far.

I hesitated buying into the Best Buy protection program, including the Geek Squad. I have been surprisingly happy ith the service provided by Best Buy. I recommend buying this program especially if you purchase several items. The benefits are worth the cost.

Best Buy protection is awesome. I’m a member of the gate squad long as I can afford to pay my yearly fee. I will definitely keep my protection plan.

A wise purchase but hoped never to need it. I did have to bring my NEW Dell Inspiron back because it had problems. Nolan at Geek Squad desk was a big help.

Anytime protection is needed it is always a good plan to have all of them covered

I’m very pleased with HP products. All my computer purchases have been HP.

Tech is becoming expensive and you must protect it somehow as repairs can be costly.

Bought this protection for my peace of mind since I bought my son his laptop for college. It's great knowing I can get it fixed or replaced if anything should go wrong in the next 2 years.

I think this is a good service for when you first buy a new computer, especially if you want to modify your computer's hardware as you get a great savings. Their older service was better though. But it's only as good as the person who is helping you.

Good to have a warranty with the Geek Squad because hving them local helps allot in having the device repaired locally instead of mailing it where anything might happen.

Great laptop for work. The flip screen is very useful for presentations and 1-on-1 meetings. I'm able to run multiple web applications and still have great performance from the laptop

I purchased the doorbuster laptop and the sales person was excellent. We did it all on line and set up my pickup alonf with my software install appointment.
