I am extremely pleased with this laptop. I had a problem with a Dell laptop and was able to get a refund and purchase the HP. It is fast and has all the functions I need to run my small business.

I purchased the plan along with my new laptop and I'm glad I did. With each step of setup of monitor and external hard drives the staff has been easy to work with and have worked hard to come up with solutions when something didn't work.

I was really excited when I was presented with this plan. Yes I DO still buy tech stuff from the store, and that just happens to alway be Best Buy. This plan already paid for itself on items I have bought!! The thought of not having to buy a plan for each item I buy is amazing.

I love the fact that Best Buy has the option of a yearly subscription that covers everything that you buy from them. I won’t get any of my electronics from any other retailer!

I just got the laptop protection and haven’t had any issues yet. It’s hard to review. It’s pretty expensive but hopefully worth it.
