My grandson is attending college to obtain a degree in electrical engineering. The Best Buy employee was extremely helpful in selecting the laptop, with the lowest cost, that met the course requirements.

Upon checkout of buying my new HP, the man helping me told me about the Best Buy Protection. When he took the time to explain to me all that it included, it was a no-brainer/an easy, Yes! I have so much peace of mind knowing I have this protection covering me!

Nobody knows when and what may occur from day to day and when I’ve had the unexpected go wrong or an unexpected purchase must be made, the fee, help, and guidance is there when needed. Not all Best Buy “Geeks” or technical help are the same in skill and customer satisfaction but more than not are very helpful, so if you’re not satisfied, don’t give up, ask for someone else.

This protection service is not expensive, includes discounts on some items, and increases the length of time you have to see if the item you have purchased is right for you from 2 weeks to 2 months. What's not to like?

Would not buy a piece of hardware without it. This is essential.

The protection plan has paid off for me. I had droped my laptop a few times and it sustained some cosmetic and operating issues. Only paid 80.00 for them to replace the mother board, keypad and case. Great job Best Buy !

The protection plan is a MUST! Just having the geek squad total service has saved me so much in my business as I am not tech person and they remote in and showed me how to move files, transfer data and use programs

An incredible and powerful machine it handles my college work just fine and allows me to play games like Fortnite in epic also once human and Elden ring. the only issue is that the Bluetooth connectivity only wants to work on the first connection for best results you have to delete the device and reconnect
