I honestly like the fact that if something happens to my laptop they can repair it free of charge, I think the fact that I can also get a replacement makes me be a little more careful with the things I buy, but it's actually worth it the sorrow.

I had to use my protection plan whenever the charger that came with my computer stopped working. Costumer service easily pulled up my protection plan and ordered me a replacement part for my charger. I didn’t have to pay anything.

Every time its available as an option you should always consider, what if X happens, do I want to be out this money and not have the item and have to get another? or would I rather spend the extra few bucks now, and if X happens its got a protection plan for 24 months just in case, might not be able to get your Starbucks for a day but your items protected..

Nice 2-year plan to have on all purchases you buy Best Buy as a Total Member. If you buy tech frequently, it is a good deal.

I am happy that I purchased the Best Buy Protection plan. I have used it for my laptop, washer/dryer, and even ink purchases. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel better knowing I have the protection if needed.

Well, worth it if your buying multiple items and are going to be buying mor items for Best Buy... because everything you buy during that year is covered! Definitely recommend if buying multiple items...
