I bought a laptop as I would be nonweightbearing for a while. This was the way I could work from home. It took me a while to get used to the keyboard, but it is an excellent laptop. No problems with it whatsoever. I am very pleased with it.

The peace of mind alone is worth the cost, but I have been "saved" more than a few times by this amazing service. Help is ALWAYS at hand. Agents are knowledgeable, agreeable, and efficient in solving problems big or small.

For the most part, good, once in a while, you get someone on the phone or via their site that is not as knowledgeable as you will hope

When I experienced problems with the brand new computer, Best Buy took it back immediately and replaced it with a brand new one. They were helpful when I had problems with the motherboard and gave me advice on how to get it rectified quickly.

This option is worth the pennies invested for preserving the products you buy.

I purchased this laptop for work and so far its been a beast. I've actually purchased 3 of these for my employees and we all agree that they have worked very well for all our business needs in the Housing/Non-Profit industry. I definitely recommend, especially for the price.

if you dont purchase a total tech coverage get this trust me before total tech i purchased this with all devices and it will passably get used. manufacturer products break down sometimes and this is a good piece of mind

Like to have Best Buy protection available, but I was not particularly pleased with service when I purchased new laptop. The service representative did not seem to know too much.

I'm glad to have this protection on our devices. I'd be happier if the price were a bit lower, but I definitely like knowing I won't have to jump through a million hoops with a manufacturer if there are problems with our items.

It’s definitely worth it for the Geek Squad for me. Paying the annual fee covers a lot of ground should you need help with purchase or other items purchased at Best Buy
