This is the 3rd time I have purchased this protection. It is well worth the money especially if you have a lot of technology. They will cover some things even if they were not purchased directly from Best Buy. The service through Best Buy is so much better than some of the manufacturers warranties. The service technicians are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Good plan to protect your purchase, specially with big ones, like refrigerators, electronic devices. Only there are some limits which are not covered.

I love this protection plan! I am very clumsy so I am alway breaking one of my devices. I bring it to Best Buy and it gets fixed or replaced.

When i purchased my new laptop this membership seems to be the only way to go. Best Buy has always been great in my past experiences with phone i surqnce issues. I expect nothing but the best out of this membership.

I really like this little computer. I use it for school and haven't had any issues. The only thing I would change is that I wish the keyboard lit up. It's not the end of the world, but you notice it when you need it! I love the size of it! Definitely great for the price.
