I wanted something that was easy to carry as I am a healthcare provider and carry this room to room. It it big enough for patient educational videos but still lightweight enough to not be a pain. Battery life is good, it does everything I need and more.

I have had to use my protection plan a couple of times. Each time it has truly paid off to have this plan. I need the help of those who are much more in the know than I am to keep my laptop running well. I will keep this protection in the future.

Not a 5 star because in other to keep protection, you need to renew TOTAL TECH and is a little expensive. Compare to buying additional warranty protection.
