I find the use is our weight by the cost. I think the manufacturer make things brake when the warranty runs out. So I pay and pray.

I am forever breaking items comma or having items fail comma or anything else you can think of period having this protection plan has saved me quite a bit of money and as I said in my heading it is a no bueno period a must have!

The Best Buy protection plan is more than I was aware of. I hate spending extra money on expecting a problem within 2 years of the purchase. It’s great if you have a problem but it’s like betting against yourself or the product. The beauty of the Best Buy protection is that they will work on things you didn’t necessarily buy at that time or even from them. The service is excellent too. Very quick and professional. I had bought a laptop with features that were new to me and I scheduled an appointment with the geek squad and they help me set it up, the way I wanted it to be without all the independent research for each feature. There was no charge for this and they even helped me with a drone that I had bought private sale and although even they were stumped with the issue, they put in the time with no charge for this.

This protection plan is a little pricey, but Best stands behind this protection and supports what they sale. I appreciate their customer service!

Always good to have a protection plan just in case anything happens

Although I hope I won't need protection for anything any time soon, I know that Best Buy will take care of me if it's necessary.

Super glad I purchased the protection plan, I have since purchased a TV and got my Iphone screen fixed.

I did not take the monthly payment plan but did pay for the year with the option to renew for the 2nd year. This is an amazing plan; it not only covers your purchased item at the time but any time you purchase something more it adds it to your plan. How amazing is that. If I have any question or need help, they cover it. Well worth the money for added protection and repairs.

This is excellent. When I call needing help they are right on it. Even if I can’t really explain what is happening with my computer. Great people to work with.

BOUGHT A NEW KITCHEN -AID DISHWASHER. WE GOT THE 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN DUE THE THE COMPLEX PARTS IN NEW APPLIANCES AND THE EASE OF ARRANGING REPAIRS. WE HAVE HAD EXCELLENT RESULTS ARRANGING REPAIRS ON OTHER APPLIANCES.
