This Lenovo Yogi laptop has been terrific. The battery life is very good and the screen is vibrant. It was a nice upgrade from Windows 10 and the Best Buy sale was great. If I see another Best Buy sale for same or equivalent, I will purchase one or two more for my family members. Apparently Lenovo runs special manufacturing runs for Best Buy during the year.

The Best Buy Protection is a good value. Normally I don't like extended warranties but this was too good a deal to pass up.

The team made the transition from my old to new computer flawless. They have me backed up on a hard drive so my things can be accessed, they moved many of my existing computer items to my new one and made the whole process so smooth and simple that I do not think I will ever have to be afraid of technology changes and upgrades anymore! I have not used this quite yet, as my computer is brand new. However, I have another computer that I plan on getting some viruses out of so I think I will make good use of this service. I also just noticed how to set an appt for service, so it looks like it will be an easy thing. Looking forward to the future!

I rely on the Best Buys Protection Plan so I know that if I have any problems I can take my laptop in to be fixed for free. It's an excellent service.

This computer is fast, meeting my expectations. I use it for both school and work with multiple windows and software programs open at a time, and it doesn’t disappoint at all in terms of speed. I love the touchscreen, lit keyboard, and large screen size, which are features I cannot live without in a laptop. Not to mention, the screen pixels is great and projects a crisp image.

I honestly did not know what all this covered when I first signed up years ago. Now, however, I am so happy that we purchased this plan, and continue to purchase it year after year. With children and technology, this plan is a must!!

Protection is always a must and one that applies to all my purchases for one annual fee is great!

Don't get a computer at Best Buy without this protection! I know it seems like a pricey addition, but if/when your computer breaks or is damaged, you don't have to pay ANYTHING. And if it needs to be replaced, you receive store credit for the full amount you originally paid (to put toward a replacement or whatever you want). When my last laptop bit the dust, I was literally able to get a new laptop with the credit and with the leftover credit after the laptop purchase, I was able to put it toward replacing my fridge that broke. GET THE PROTECTION and don't let it lapse without going and getting any issues that arise with your product fixed or the whole thing replaced. Best investment!

This is a great insurance coverage to have that covers a lot of damages that may occur to your laptop or any other electronic devices.

This new platinum copilot 16G is the BOMB! SUPERIOR performance and speed when i use and move thru apps/ programs and loved the screen clarity. I like the keyboard, stands out! love compact 13" size, slides into my Timbuk shoulder bag, love its light as a feather!! MY SECOND MICROSOFT SURFACE! Will stick with this funky laptop brand forever!
