I have not had to use my coverage but just knowing it is there is very comforting.

I wanted to have the additional protection. This a no brainer decision.

You need to be protected on every device you have especially your laptop. I rest assured HP coverage will take care of me.

This protection plan is good to have just incase u have an accident with spilling something. Or good to take in an work with the geek squad if u need help with your computer period.

Amazing laptop great looking fast and lots of memory

We were having issues with a laptop we had bought less than a month previously. We brought it into the store the geek squad tried to fix it and were unable too. Computer was replaced with no issues!

Its a good product. Works well and is fast. I would buy this again and is very good for the price!

I hope I don't have to use the extended Best Buy protection. But it's great to have piece of mind knowing that if I do run into problems the Geek Squad will be there to get me back up and running

Protection when you need it. Haven't had the need for it yet, but you never know when you do and gives that sense of security.

You buy these protections with no real expectation to need. I've now used it twice and it has saved me a ton. The early rewards for being a member are also worth it.
