I think the demand for the Geek Squad is much higher than the personnel to handle it. While I was being helped, the Tech was interruped 10 times by people without an appointment. They need more people!! I am still trying to figure the software out and will probably have to go in for a 3rd time. I can receive emails but my emails aren't going out.
