The geek squad is readily available and was easy to schedule and perform new and old laptop assistance: initial set-up, data and email transfer, old laptop data wipe, factory reset and recycle or trade-in, etc. The squad members are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as well as courteous and friendly.

I would highly recommend getting the protection when you purchase any appliance or other electronics.
