It is exactly what you would expect from a warranty from a good company

The Geeks reset a lap top from encrypted work-based programing to personal settings with patience. It would be helpful if setting up an appointment on-line was simpler.

The best protection ever with no questions asked just walked in with it asked me what was wrong and checked the protection and just replaced it no questions asked

The coverage with this is great. A number of years ago I spilled a drink on my laptop. Totally fried it. BB replaced it with a new, comparable model. Definitely worth it for a laptop.

Can't say much. I haven't had to use it since I purchased this laptop less than a month ago. We will see in the future if I need this or not.

One cannot beat the Geek Squad when it comes to repairs and/or replacements. I will always continue my yearly subscription to the Memberships.

Great coverage which gives me the comfort knowing if something goes wrong, I don't have to fret.

If you’re not a total tech member why are you even at Best Buy? Truly the greatest thing since sliced bread or whatever the saying is.

I've had this product for the past year on my household computers. Has been very handy especially when my work computer went out. They were able to get all my information off the older computer and save years of bookkeeping. Sometimes getting an appointment can be a hassle. Also, having to schedule a pickup was something to get used to. If the store has issues, they do not contact you to let you know your appoint has to be reschedule.

My membership has proven helpful so many times. From repair and just help with my laptop over the phone, this membership is a good value and a quite valuable to me.
