This option has been so helpful. I set this up when i purchased a computer from Best Buy. For two years i have the assistance of Geek Squad for any problems i may have and any future purchases i make.

They came out to set up everything in my home and even helped with things that I had forgotten and went and got them and returned the same day to install them, I never had to go back to the store, it was all done in home. THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Best deal ever! Make sure you purchase. I initially bought my laptop on 5/1 and thereafter had a small scratch on it. At the time, paying $999.... I was not satisfied, but having this coverage and being within the 15 day window, the exchange was seamless.

Not everyone opts to enroll in protection plans for their electronics, because they don’t expect anything to happen to them, but when you have the protect it covers almost everything.

This protection plan is worth every penny to me. They hauled away my old, heavy tv when I bought my new tv. I could not have moved it myself. When I bought a backup external hard drive. They transferred information for me - all covered under this plan.
