I purchased the 2-year protection plan with my new laptop. I used it right away and was delighted with the service from the technicians. I will renew this plan once my original plan expires in 2 years. Very worthwhile.

This protection plan has been a life saver with my children who are so clumsy and think money grows on trees! It is worth the investment if you have kids or your just plain clumsy

Approximately 2 years ago I purchased an HP laptop. At day 367 of a 365 day warranty, the operating system crashed and gave me the dreaded blue screen. I swore from that moment on i knew I’d have this protection!! Just buy it!!

In case my laptop gets damaged, I know I can count on Best Buy to help me get it repaired so it covers the whole cost.

amazing value. Great flexibility to address a wide range of issues with tech. Only complaint is that the chat is sometimes intermittent requiring a reconnect and review with the new online tech.

So far I have not had any oroblems with the oroduct. I do recommended to fet it. you never kniw when you eill need it. its a good idea to have just in case. great product

Protection plans is the same life insurance for us. If I'm dolling out good money for expensive stuff I want guarantees it will work for X amount of time before I need to spend more $.

Great Value. They come up and try to fix and if they can't get the parts or it can't be fixed they replace it or exchange for fair market value
