Best Buy Protection gave me satisfaction with everything I boughtought

I needed to replace my laptop at work and a friend recommended the XPS series. After consulting with my IT guy, I got this one and upgraded the RAM to 64 GB. Laptop runs fast and I really like the smaller form factor despite the 15.6” screen. I use a Dell laptop dock at work which connects to one of the three USB C ports, Needed to buy USB C to Display Port adaptors two connect two monitors at home. Great laptop for all my needs.

The sales person was Great! Very helpful! Made sure i got what i needed and didn't try to push the sale. Even made sure there was a store in Hawaii since this was for my military son stationed there!

Insurance on any purchase is great, you never know if something will happen to your property especially while financing. You don’t want to be stuck with a device that is malfunctioning or broken and you still have to pay for it.

The TotalTech protection plan makes ALL the sense in the world. Think about it, I paid $199 for a 1 year subscription which includes add'l (mostly free) assistance by Geek Squad. I purchased a new laptop and the 1 year protection plan would have normally cost me $250 for one year. BECAUSE I AM A TOTALTECH member, I received TWO year protection plan on the laptop FOR FREE!!!! The TotalTech protection plan paid for itself in one purchase!! Its truly a no-brainer!

I always purchase the additional protection on big purchases. I love the way BEST BUY stands by the prosecutes they sell. Fortunately, I haven’t need the protection too often, but when you do, it’s a fantastic service!

So glad I purchased the protection plan. You never know when you will need it!

The Best Buy protection plans are probably the best around. I've had devices break down a year and a half into owning them and all I needed to do was bring it in and they swapped them out with a new one, no need to leave my computer for service or anything. Always worth it - the one time I didn't buy a protection plan I regretted it.

Not much to say other than I liked it and thought it was well worth thr money.

Puts my mind at ease knowing I don't have to worry about it getting damaged or if it faces technical issues.

I haven't used it yet but the fact that they can repair and maintain it for 2 years in addition to giving you a replacement almost if they can't repair it is the best, although it is preferable that nothing happens to it, or if it is discontinued they can give you a better one than the one you had, a recommended guarantee to have and if you are a Best Buy member like in my case much better
