I have been a member of the Best Buy Total Tech for years and have no plan of getting rid of it... the 2-year protection that comes with most of my items is great! Would recommend!

I haven't used it yet but the fact that they can repair and maintain it for 2 years in addition to giving you a replacement almost if they can't repair it is the best, although it is preferable that nothing happens to it, or if it is discontinued they can give you a better one than the one you had, a recommended guarantee to have and if you are a Best Buy member like in my case much better

It's alright, though the lane to get your device checked is long.

The Best Buy protection plans are probably the best around. I've had devices break down a year and a half into owning them and all I needed to do was bring it in and they swapped them out with a new one, no need to leave my computer for service or anything. Always worth it - the one time I didn't buy a protection plan I regretted it.

I’ll never go without Total Tech Service again! It has paid for itself repeatedly. And the tech team does a very good job. Not always quick, but they always solve the issue.

Spectacular laptop. This has all the features and speed needed for photo editing. Photos is what this is mostly used for. The RGB extras are great and keep this laptop vibrant and fun to use.

The installation guy is very professional And he came on time

I was able to use the protection plan less than 3 weeks after purchasing a new Lenovo Yoga 9i as there was a crack in the screen. Best Buy would not replace it, therefore I had to use the plan to get a new screen. It was sent out & took 3 and a half weeks to receive back - longer than I had owned it.

Good price proctection membership and need it for all electronics device should have it

It is good to have it in the wings. I have total tech and this helps keep all of our items insured and covered. I totally recommend it! keep it up best buy :)
