Weight made this purchase a winner. It is light and lovely and packed along on trips as if it wasn't there. Wasy to work with in various modes. Sorry I don't have the words to be more technical. Nonetheless, this is a very satisfying computer for my work with photography and my professional life. It never has had to be in the spotlight. That to me is a great advantage as I feel my work is most important, not having to focus off to deal with a crankly laptop. Great screen size.

Easy to use, easy access to message and or call with and issues and they get resloved in a timely manner.

Recommend the protection. I've had a cord replaced and screen replaced on my computer. Would have cost so much more than just buying the protection.

Glad I bought the protection plan for my daughter's laptop. The speakers went out and we were able to get it repaired quickly using the protection plan. Will extend it when the time comes for renewal.

hey peeps! Wanted to drop a word about Best Buy's 24-month protection plan. total lifesaver. I mean, two years is a long time. Stuff can go wrong. But with this plan, you're covered. Their coverage is great, customer service is super responsive. they even replaced my stuff when they couldn't fix it. For the confidence it gives, totally worth it. Would totally sign up again!

The protection is a must have. If you are going to spend money on electronics you should definitely get the protection. I have not had to use it yet but still always great to have the peace of mind that I have it incase it is needed.

Intermittent Audio Dropouts: At times, I can hear the speaker's voice, but only partial sentences come through. Words often get cut off, especially toward the end of statements. Mic/Input Lag in Multitasking: When using Zoom alongside other applications like Chrome (e.g., browsing Best Buy or Home Depot), speaker output becomes distorted or erratic. System Performance Issues Slow Wake from Sleep: Upon waking the laptop from sleep mode, the system becomes unresponsive for 3–4 minutes. The mouse lags, taskbar is delayed in opening, and the system takes a long time to return to normal. USB Plug-in Delay: Plugging in a USB device causes the system to freeze or become unresponsive for 30 seconds to 2–4 minutes. During this time, keyboard input lags, mouse movement stalls, and even simple typing is disrupted with missed or misspelled words due to input lag. Multitasking Instability: Even with minimal multitasking (e.g., two or three Microsoft Word documents open), the system may freeze or stop responding when trying to open an additional application or browser tab. 3. Voice Input Issues Voice Typing Problems: When attempting to use voice-to-text features, the system frequently fails to recognize speech or stops mid-sentence. Best Buy's Total Tech and separate protection plan specifically for my my laptops offers piece of mind for electronic catastrophes and anything defined by Murphy's Law, despite the annual charge or one time cost for the services.

Total tech is the best protection. The benefits and support are the reasons I am a member.

It is nice to know my equipment is covered for more than just the manufacture warranty.
