    So glad we have this now. Thanks to Matt Miguel in the East Brunswick NJ store. Even thou no one would wait on my son. Completely ignored him. Picked and chose the customers they wanted to wait on. Matt made sure we got what we were entitled to. He took on the responsibility of what was expected and made things right.

    Great plan to save yourself from your own demise, or just the device poor quality to begin with. No fault to best buy though if the item itself needed this to save you from wasting more money.

    hey peeps! Wanted to drop a word about Best Buy's 24-month protection plan. total lifesaver. I mean, two years is a long time. Stuff can go wrong. But with this plan, you're covered. Their coverage is great, customer service is super responsive. they even replaced my stuff when they couldn't fix it. For the confidence it gives, totally worth it. Would totally sign up again!
