It is great to have ptotection for items I purchase for two years, as a part of the My Bestbuy Total membership. It has not been necessary to file any claims under the plan, it is great to know if a need for repairs arises, the plan is there.

I have this as part of my total tech membership and although i haven't had to use it yet, i feel good knowing that my product is protected and i can walk into Best Buy and get it fixed and if not fixed then replaced - *according to the advertising

The Best Buy Monthly Protection service has saved us multiple times. Our son is a typical 10yo. He's tough on his computer and we've brought it in probably once a year for something. Most times, they are able to fix it. Last year, they were unable to so they refunded our purchase price and we got a new one.

Service always available as long as you make an appointment.

I had a lapse in coverage, so everything that I purchased before is no longer covered... bummer.

I love my laptop, and I love the total tech membership, being able to fix any eletronic in the house with only having to possibly pay for parts at most.. very good deal, I would consider getting the total tech membership if I was purchasing a big item

This was a purchase for my daughter. She is using for college CAD design and needed a portable laptop/tablet. The display on this is 5k and to be honest I have never seen a display so crisp. We have been an apple product family and I am truly impressed. Start-up time is fast, the display very clear and loads applications quickly. Great for high end application needs.

I bought the rog x16 in "excellent condition" for $100 less and was told it was just open box and in perfect condition. Shipped from Georgia. It came damaged! The computer was bulging open and there was a large chip/gash on the laptop edge. I bought a brand new one in store and the next day, i spilled coffee on it! Opened it up and saw it didnt get inside and just barely went in the keys. However, I had a friend try to cloae it back up and it wasnt lined up (trackpad sank and wouldnt work and 2 keys broke off). I went to Geek Squad to see if they could fix. I had ro pay $100 just for them to look at and was told if they couldnt fix it, oh well. If they dremdd it as fixed but damaged, I was out of luck. Plus they didnt take returns even if one day old (Theur store in particular didnt do open box returns...how convenient). THANK GOD the computers were down because they had to automatically replace it no questions asked and gave me a new one. This protection plan cant even cover a spill properly. But I love the laptop! The membership is cheaper than a 1 year warranty and you get 2 years plus benefits but just need to research what those benefits actually are...

Great protection for my device. My Dell laptop was acting up with quite a lot of problems so they were able to send it back to the manufacturer and get it repaired. It was fixed in a couple of days and was sent back to the store in a little over a week.

24 month protection, easy to use on all purchases.

These kinds of things are always good to have, good to buy. You never know when you might need it!
