Best Buy has always taken care of me with the Geek Squad warranty program. In today's complex electronics world, it's worth the money, hands down. I've had a few things that have not worked within the warranty period. I brought the item in, the looked me up, and handed me the replacement, sometimes the replacement is better than the original.

This, I think, will be totally worth the extra money, once the inevitable happens.

Easy to use, easy access to message and or call with and issues and they get resloved in a timely manner.

Best Buy's Total Tech and separate protection plan specifically for my my laptops offers piece of mind for electronic catastrophes and anything defined by Murphy's Law, despite the annual charge or one time cost for the services.

I have mixed feelings about the plan, because the "discounts" on services isn't great. But if your product completely crashes like my Xbox did after only 13 months, then it pays for itself. I only had to pay $50 and they gave me a new machine. Overall I think it's worth it, especially if you're making multiple significant purchases. I bought a dyson vacuum, a computer, an Xbox and an expensive camera lens over a few months, so to have the extra protection on everything is a good value for the price.

Bestbuy protection is a no brainer. It allows you to essentially trial an item for a longer period and be able to return it, if it is not what you like. I also get this protection because it covers accidental damage as well as defective damage, with no questions asked. Very good service plan.

We purchased this service with our new HP Spectre. With any new machine there is a learning curve and this is no exception. I also had Windows 11 which was new for us and for the techs. We had frequent calls to get things working the way we thought they should go and the tech people were quick to respond and very helpful. They have made a purchase painless.

OMEN Transcend 16. So far so good. I'll make this quick. 1. Super quiet, Fans to run but are very quiet. 2. Fast, low bloatware. 3. Very good cooling. Best I've seen on ventilation. 4. Thin! 5. Screen is top notch. I actually prefer to not have mini LED right now due to blooming effect and higher power usage. 6. Get it.

Feel safe to get this Best Buy total which include the 24months protection. Most of the stuffs I bought in Best Buy is expensive like 2000 for a laptop. Getting a protection subscription is expensive if I am gonna buy for every single item. Now I get protection for every thing I bought in bestbuy.
