Excellent plan! We have had to use this service for an emergency situation with a product and someone was able to come out practically immediately and serviced us very quickly. This is well worth the money!

I really love this laptop. It is powerful, solidly built and has a great design. It runs all the games and apps I can throw at it without a problem. The screen is bright and sharp. However, there are some things I do not like. The fans do get loud at times and I find myself using headphones more often. All the ports are on the sides of the laptop making it kind of a cable mess when connected to a monitor/docking station and power. Aside from the few issues I have with it, I have found it to be a great value compared to other laptops in this price range

First time pc gamer from ps5 and I love it, navigation is easy and games run smoothly with high settings. Battery life could be better but the charger takes care of it

I love my laptop, and I love the total tech membership, being able to fix any eletronic in the house with only having to possibly pay for parts at most.. very good deal, I would consider getting the total tech membership if I was purchasing a big item

Great protection for my device. My Dell laptop was acting up with quite a lot of problems so they were able to send it back to the manufacturer and get it repaired. It was fixed in a couple of days and was sent back to the store in a little over a week.

Laptops are always on the go so some times an accident can happen knowing that you spent a large amount of money and its protected lets you sleep at night

I have in the past had your typical year, two year, even three year protection plans for tech. But what happens when your device or whatever exceeds it's expected life cycle? Or just works fine (as it is designed to do so) past the warranty expiration date? Exactly, something happens to your device either right after that warranty is over or late into it's life span. That's why this is so worth it.

So glad I purchased the protection plan. You never know when you will need it!

ALWAYS get the insurance for anything electronic! Will save your hide in the long run!
