    The nest huy total tech support has been amazing. Ive called them a couple of times and everytime have solved my problem and are extremely freindly over the phone. They really seem like they care about your expereince and try their best to make it top notch.

    I don't truly buy to many warranty plans, especially with anything 500 dollars or close to one thousand. But for more expensive items YES get the warranty plans they pay for themselves during any accidents. Keep a picture or a paper copy.

    I have been using Best Buy for 90 percent of my electronic purcheses and i am also a geek squad member. I am quite satisfied with the products and services they provide. Recently I have also been buying my k cup pods from them .

    Tech. Warranty this has been a good surprise; i purchased a Home Security System with the warranty installation was free. I then purchased a fifty dollar phone screen saver, and the Geek Squad professionally installed it for free. This is a good investment!

    Best protection the money can buy. The geek squad has been great any time I have gone back with any problem on any one of my productsI have bought from them; some times even for some products where I just needed some help from somewhere else.
