All around a great pc for gaming on the go. highly recommend it

Wherever any of my products break they always honor the warranty.

I really love this laptop. It is powerful, solidly built and has a great design. It runs all the games and apps I can throw at it without a problem. The screen is bright and sharp. However, there are some things I do not like. The fans do get loud at times and I find myself using headphones more often. All the ports are on the sides of the laptop making it kind of a cable mess when connected to a monitor/docking station and power. Aside from the few issues I have with it, I have found it to be a great value compared to other laptops in this price range

Amazing laptop best setting and all specs that needed

I have in the past had your typical year, two year, even three year protection plans for tech. But what happens when your device or whatever exceeds it's expected life cycle? Or just works fine (as it is designed to do so) past the warranty expiration date? Exactly, something happens to your device either right after that warranty is over or late into it's life span. That's why this is so worth it.

I often see the speaker’s lips moving but do not hear any sound until several seconds later—causing me to miss important information. Asking speakers to repeat themselves repeatedly has led to awkward and unprofessional moments, especially during faculty interviews I was leading. Intermittent Audio Dropouts: At times, I can hear the speaker's voice, but only partial sentences come through. Words often get cut off, especially toward the end of statements. Mic/Input Lag in Multitasking: When using Zoom alongside other applications like Chrome (e.g., browsing Best Buy or Home Depot), speaker output becomes distorted or erratic. This seems to occur when the system is under moderate multitasking load, even though I'm not using heavy graphics or audio processing software. 2. System Performance Issues Slow Wake from Sleep: Upon waking the laptop from sleep mode, the system becomes unresponsive for 3–4 minutes. The mouse lags, taskbar is delayed in opening, and the system takes a long time to return to normal. USB Plug-in Delay: Plugging in a USB device causes the system to freeze or become unresponsive for 30 seconds to 2–4 minutes. During this time, keyboard input lags, mouse movement stalls, and even simple typing is disrupted with missed or misspelled words due to input lag. Multitasking Instability: Even with minimal multitasking (e.g., two or three Microsoft Word documents open), the system may freeze or stop responding when trying to open an additional application or browser tab. 3. Voice Input Issues Voice Typing Problems: When attempting to use voice-to-text features, the system frequently fails to recognize speech or stops mid-sentence. Restarting the system sometimes helps, but not consistently. Voice commands like "resume" often require multiple attempts before functioning. 4. System Lag After Startup The system is noticeably slow for 5–10 minutes after booting, making it difficult to begin work promptly. ** Additional Notes I am not using the device for high-performance tasks like video editing, gaming, or graphic design—yet these issues persist under basic office and communication tasks.
