This is an excellent laptop! I especially like it that you can use the most widely available and used charger.

I love it, except for the battery life. Liked everything about it. Super fast but had to return cause I got a more of a higher spec laptop that has a longer battery life.

Great extra offered by Best Buy! Unfortunately, I had to return a favorite item because it stopped working! Best Buy lived up to their promise and quickly replaced the item. What more could you ask!

I bought the rog x16 in "excellent condition" for $100 less and was told it was just open box and in perfect condition. Shipped from Georgia. It came damaged! The computer was bulging open and there was a large chip/gash on the laptop edge. I bought a brand new one in store and the next day, i spilled coffee on it! Opened it up and saw it didnt get inside and just barely went in the keys. However, I had a friend try to cloae it back up and it wasnt lined up (trackpad sank and wouldnt work and 2 keys broke off). I went to Geek Squad to see if they could fix. I had ro pay $100 just for them to look at and was told if they couldnt fix it, oh well. If they dremdd it as fixed but damaged, I was out of luck. Plus they didnt take returns even if one day old (Theur store in particular didnt do open box returns...how convenient). THANK GOD the computers were down because they had to automatically replace it no questions asked and gave me a new one. This protection plan cant even cover a spill properly. But I love the laptop! The membership is cheaper than a 1 year warranty and you get 2 years plus benefits but just need to research what those benefits actually are...

I don't truly buy to many warranty plans, especially with anything 500 dollars or close to one thousand. But for more expensive items YES get the warranty plans they pay for themselves during any accidents. Keep a picture or a paper copy.

Laptop is very good. It’s a game with Computer. I love it up there, my friends and it’s very fast.
