Awesome service, this is the reason I use Best Buy, it is always there for me.

I have been using Best Buy for 90 percent of my electronic purcheses and i am also a geek squad member. I am quite satisfied with the products and services they provide. Recently I have also been buying my k cup pods from them .

Best protection the money can buy. The geek squad has been great any time I have gone back with any problem on any one of my productsI have bought from them; some times even for some products where I just needed some help from somewhere else.

Great and versatile laptop with a great display. Only downside is the poor battery life.

I like the idea, for have protection in all my electronics, is an excelent inversion, for any inconvenient case, is better have protection for all the electronics.

I want to give this laptop 5 stars, but I can't. The build is great for the money, and its a slick high perfoming machine. The only proble is im on my second laptop. They both have defective GPU and other bugs. The one i have now and im about to return doesnt see the microphone. Microsoft and MSI tech suport coudnt fix it. May be its just a bad batch at my local bestbuy...

I highly recommend best buy protection on all your devices. If something goes wrong, Best Buy technicians try to resolve problem. If they cannot they give you a new product compatible to the one you have. Highly recommend. They even come to your home to install product your purchased with best buy.

This is a great service to have. I have used it before on other products and it pays in its value with one accident. Accidents will eventually happen and you don't want to be caught without this service.

It only made sense for us to purchase this through the Total Tech Plan. We live within the proximity perimeters to Best Buy but it is still a fistance for us to drive. We aren't techies and need all the tech help we can get. It has already paired for itself.

Just bought new laptop as it'd been 6 years and got at Best Buy as I have Best Buy Protection Plan and I needed $150 power cable replaced on my last one 18 months in and it was smooth and easy and free!

Protection for everything and anything is always a good bet for the products

Definitely need this if you plan on keeping your devices more than a couple of years, and especially if you live with pets or children.
