I purchased the 24 months protection, when you break it down it's cheaper that way, because it covered all your items that your purchase from Best Buy.

Have had to use them twice and been well worth it both time. One problem resolved quickly over the phone when we bought a new printer they came out and installed it on the. Network. Everything works great.

Having protection is always a must when you buy a computer. This protection is great as they will do whatever needs fixed.

I bought this when I bought my new laptop. I thought it would be the protection plan that I had on my laptop previously. I was unaware there were deductibles. No one explained that. I asked specifically if this included the protection plan that I had on the laptop I was giving them they said yes. With no explanation to the fact that there were deductibles and other qualifiers. I think I still have time to change it if I want to. I do like having the total Best Buy membership. It has got me money off of some things I bought recently. Although I would kind of like to know if I can still purchase on protection plan for my computer that is longer than 2 years as well as getting rid of the deductible for it. I just don't know if that is worth it either. I just wish that I had been given all of the information while I was purchasing it.

Its Great for lifes unexpected things that happen to your electronics. They make it easier to get your electronics repaired and back to their working condition as quickly as possible

I always have this protection for piece of mind. I spend lots on tvs and gaming gear such as monitors. They replace if they cant fix the tech issues you have.

I bought the protection plan and it covers my other purchases from Best Buy. It was the best buy that could go along with all the other things i have bought.

I haven't had the chance to use this protection yet thankfully, just grateful I have it.

Haven't needed support for this product so far. Setup was simple enough with support help. We feel secure having Best Buy Support since it is local and knowledgable.
