Excellent Service with geek squad and I got my system rebuilt no problem’s. It even came back sooner than expected! The staff was super coherent and were able to fix any issues and answer any questions.

Pricing came with the purchase and it seemed that you could save money by purchasing the Best Buy protection. Would talk to sales rep and see if they recommend, but highly recommended to look into.

Love the protection plan offered by best buy. They have never turned me down or come up with excuses. Every time I need a product services, they have always been there and because of that I love the service.

Best Buy protection plan work for all my laptop. I wish they can extend the protection plan. One of my laptop I bought from b Best Buy, the battery blow up. With the protection plan, Ithey were able to replace the laptop with the new one.

I wrote my review under the product but I will briefly mention here. Geek Squad could not resolve the issue with my laptop a couple of monthe after I purchased the laptop; I had to send to Lenovo. Lenovo replaced the touch screen and sent my laptop back to me in a very short time frame. Also recently the tip of the slim pen which came with the laptop fell off and got lost. I again went to Best Buy where I bought the laptop from, I was told that in order for them to get me new tip of the slim pen, they had to send the laptopn and the slim pen to Lenovo; because this was how their system worked. That was very inconvenient and stupid. I called Lenovo as I had purchased premium care; Lenovo immediately processed my request and set a a new slim pen to be sent to me. I am very UNHAPPY with Best Buy's customer service and my experience with the Best Buy's protection plan is very bad; it is totally useless.

LOVE the peace-of-mind that this protection gives me, and it's such a massive value that it's included with my Best Buy Total membership.

So far it has been great! I used it for a new laptop where they setup my new laptop and transferred my data for me. Awesome service!
