This product is exactly what I need. I am very happy for the Best Buy Total Care/Protection plan. Geek Squad has been wonderful.

My 2nd time buying laptop from Bestbuy. And I always buy their Protection Plan. So worth the money for all the things that need help with and with all my questions.

Being a TotalTech Member was great, it saved us money, and provided us with another year of protection on our purchase of the LG Washer & Dryer... and they hauled our old ones away for free. Didn't know this was a benefit!

Protection is the best thing you can get for your electronics. Everything or Anything can have something wrong with it that you can't see. This protection covers those unforeseen issues.

Best Buy warranty for the computer for a year ,not bad could be renewed every yr for best protection .

Did not receive good service with this membership. Hopefully it has improved. Technician did not seem to know what they were doing. Had me buy additional items and then could not use them

This service paid for itself the very first week we had it. It paid in full with no additional cost the setup and transfer of our computer and we had four brand new speakers installed in our car at no additional cost so it is a godsend.

The protection insurance is so nice. It's already come in handy with my products and Best Buy makes it easy to switch out products when they become defective.

Because you need to send your electronic in and as a business owner that is not an option to not have my laptop for over a week.

I use it as a desktop and plug an external monitor directly to it. When traveling I’ll take it with me and it’s perfect. I’ve had no issues with jt.
