I bought this when I bought my new laptop. I thought it would be the protection plan that I had on my laptop previously. I was unaware there were deductibles. No one explained that. I asked specifically if this included the protection plan that I had on the laptop I was giving them they said yes. With no explanation to the fact that there were deductibles and other qualifiers. I think I still have time to change it if I want to. I do like having the total Best Buy membership. It has got me money off of some things I bought recently. Although I would kind of like to know if I can still purchase on protection plan for my computer that is longer than 2 years as well as getting rid of the deductible for it. I just don't know if that is worth it either. I just wish that I had been given all of the information while I was purchasing it.

Having protection is always a must when you buy a computer. This protection is great as they will do whatever needs fixed.

Excellent Service with geek squad and I got my system rebuilt no problem’s. It even came back sooner than expected! The staff was super coherent and were able to fix any issues and answer any questions.

I always have this protection for piece of mind. I spend lots on tvs and gaming gear such as monitors. They replace if they cant fix the tech issues you have.

Haven't needed support for this product so far. Setup was simple enough with support help. We feel secure having Best Buy Support since it is local and knowledgable.

I bought the protection plan and it covers my other purchases from Best Buy. It was the best buy that could go along with all the other things i have bought.

Best product to purchase.. my son has used the tech department several times for his computer and phone. The program is user friendly with a quick and timely turn around. I recommend this amazing program to everyone with every large purchase from Best Buy.

Pricing came with the purchase and it seemed that you could save money by purchasing the Best Buy protection. Would talk to sales rep and see if they recommend, but highly recommended to look into.

We have always purchased protection plans from BestBuy and this one is no exception. We have had to rely on the protection plan and have been very please with the service provided.

When I upgraded from my previous XPS to the 14-inch model, I anticipated significant changes, but honestly, I haven’t noticed much difference. Some aspects are even worse. I can see the keyboard light better when it’s off than when it’s on. The laptop feels premium, but its performance is poor for the price. Apple's offerings at the same price point are better. The battery lasts under three hours; this feels more like a desktop than a laptop.
