Saved me over 2k hile dealing with a lemon of a laptop.

I mean, I drop it or spill on it they have my back!

Thank goodness I have never used it for any damages or losses. But it's great to go to the Geek center and ask questions and suggestions for what my needs are.

This service paid for itself the very first week we had it. It paid in full with no additional cost the setup and transfer of our computer and we had four brand new speakers installed in our car at no additional cost so it is a godsend.

Protection is the best thing you can get for your electronics. Everything or Anything can have something wrong with it that you can't see. This protection covers those unforeseen issues.

Worth the price. Better safe than sorry. Just hoping I don’t get to use it.

Best Buy protection plan work for all my laptop. I wish they can extend the protection plan. One of my laptop I bought from b Best Buy, the battery blow up. With the protection plan, Ithey were able to replace the laptop with the new one.

So far it has been great! I used it for a new laptop where they setup my new laptop and transferred my data for me. Awesome service!

I have not had the opportunity to use this service yet, but I'm thankful we have it.

When I upgraded from my previous XPS to the 14-inch model, I anticipated significant changes, but honestly, I haven’t noticed much difference. Some aspects are even worse. I can see the keyboard light better when it’s off than when it’s on. The laptop feels premium, but its performance is poor for the price. Apple's offerings at the same price point are better. The battery lasts under three hours; this feels more like a desktop than a laptop.

This product is exactly what I need. I am very happy for the Best Buy Total Care/Protection plan. Geek Squad has been wonderful.

Feel good knowing I have this protection; I am a clumsy old lady, and you just never know but with this protection I don't need to worry because I am covered and feel confident.

Use services once and had no issues great customer services and regular notifications
