    This protection plan is the best value. I have purchased multiple products since buying the total tech plan. It would have cost way more to purchase individual protection plans.

    Coverage is a must and especially now with the cost of items no one wants to end up with a big repair bill or even have to buy an item twice

    Would give 5 stars but time they need to coordinate data transfer didn’t work for my spouse. Upgraded laptop but unable to drop off for 3-4 days so they could transfer and backup files and programs
