I love the ability to contact Best Buy if I have a challenge with my electronics. I have not had the need to use it which is a good thing, but I am very ensured that it is there for me if needed.

This is such a help to me, because I am usually able to pay my purchases off in time to save myself money!

Hoping I wouldn't need it but it's good to know I have it in case something happens. I wish they still have the regular warranty you can buy for 5years warranty extension available for members.

I haven’t used the protection plan for this purchase, but this purchase is the result of having this new purchase. My screen cracked and I was refunded the purchase price.
