Ok. This should be called a “portable gaming desktop” not so much a laptop. To me, a laptop implies being able to run for a usable about of time on battery. This device, not so much. Even just running windows apps and no gaming, the battery drains really REALLY fast compared to a standard “laptop”. As a “portable gaming desktop” this thing is a beast, as long as you’re running on ac. RTX games look and play great. Way better than my 3080. It really just depends what you are primarily going to use this for and HOW, ac or battery.

I love that I get peace of mind included with my purchase price as a total tech member.

This protection plan is the best value. I have purchased multiple products since buying the total tech plan. It would have cost way more to purchase individual protection plans.

I purchased the BestBuy protection plan for my new laptop for peace of mind.

Every time I have used my Best Buy Protection it has worked wonderfully. I have not paid for service or work.

Have found the added service to be great on other items we have in house that we bought from BestBuy.

Like have a personal valet to guard your computer daily.

I wrote my review under the product but I will briefly mention here. Geek Squad could not resolve the issue with my laptop a couple of monthe after I purchased the laptop; I had to send to Lenovo. Lenovo replaced the touch screen and sent my laptop back to me in a very short time frame. Also recently the tip of the slim pen which came with the laptop fell off and got lost. I again went to Best Buy where I bought the laptop from, I was told that in order for them to get me new tip of the slim pen, they had to send the laptopn and the slim pen to Lenovo; because this was how their system worked. That was very inconvenient and stupid. I called Lenovo as I had purchased premium care; Lenovo immediately processed my request and set a a new slim pen to be sent to me. I am very UNHAPPY with Best Buy's customer service and my experience with the Best Buy's protection plan is very bad; it is totally useless.

Coverage is a must and especially now with the cost of items no one wants to end up with a big repair bill or even have to buy an item twice

Great - covers accidental damage and they offer a fix. The policy kid of stinks to have it sent out though while they "try to fix it" and then you without a laptop.

I havnt used this protection but it seemed fair to me.

Have not had to use this yet but glad it's in the background for a few laptops that I recently purchased.

Loving my new laptop so far. But not liking the new Microsoft 11 still working through learning all the new stuff. Microsoft needs to leave things alone for a chance.
