    Must have addition to your laptop purchase…especially when the laptop is in daily use by a high-school student. Accidental damage happens…make sure you have coverage!

    Needed my laptop fixed and decided to by the protection program being it was about the same price as repair cost. Definitely has benefits if you use them

    BestBuy was quick to replace my 1st laptop. They didn't do much in terms of trying to fix it at the Geek Squad but ok as I was under refund policy.
