    the service center sticks and items always get sent back to the stores and are not fixed properly but the insurance is worth it if you can deal with the hassel.

    Great - covers accidental damage and they offer a fix. The policy kid of stinks to have it sent out though while they "try to fix it" and then you without a laptop.

    The relief of knowing that if it breaks they got you covered but unfortunately my laptop got stolen, and you cannot get coverage for that.
