    The Best Buy Protection Plan has helped me out when I have a computer problem. I can always rely on Geek Squad to help whenever I need them.

    Couldn't get help in store. Bad experience. Train your employees better. Some( not all) of the in store info/product tags dont have all the info about these monitors like resolution, refresh rate, etc...the website said my item was going to be at the store today May 21, now the message to be delivered may 28.
