I dont know what this is for Doing this for the gift card

I did not get this protection since it was purchased as a gift.

Great to have protection. Haven't had to use it yet. :) Not sure if it will be a good purchase.

Within two months this laptop was back at the geek squad twice with issues. They finally admitted they couldn't fix it and allowed me to return it.

Depends on if you use it whether it’s worth the expense.

Sketchy 800 service. Needed 3 calls to correct a Microsoft Office glitch. Not fixed

I haven’t used it yet. Don’t expect much after the terrible customer service I was submitted to

Pointless. TV not working correctly within the first 3 months. Best Buy support is no help.

I do not like the new plan. Now it's my understanding when you buy say a tv and want it installed you have to pay even more. That part of the reason I paid for years on the old plan

Monotone voice. No explanantion from how i would get airpods max until i asked.

I bought a very expensive laptop and also purchased the total protection plan with automatic renewal. I was issused a new card within the 2 years of original purchase. I called to find coverage for other items i had purchased. I then found out that total protection had been canceled. I asked if i could renew it and was never informed that the coverage had lapsed. They said they emailed me and they dont send out mailed notifications. They said I could purchased total protection if i bought new item from them and then it would cover 20% of any repairs of other items I had purchased from them. I will never purchase anything from them again and will let everyone i can know about it by writing reviews on my experience.

After being talked into buying this amazing plan Best Buy change the whole plan and took away valuable benefits.

This is as close to a scam that BestBuy can get. They tell you that you are paying for a two year protection, but this is actually an ANNUAL auto-renewal membership so you will be charged the same amount a year after year. Leaned it it hard way. Beware.

The protection plan is a scam. It says 24 months, but its only good for 1 year.

The total tech protection is definintely worth paying for! They will assist you with any product in your home!

You can never go wrong when you add protection to a purchase….. especially when it’s a pricey service!

I thought people were writing a review about the computer not the best buy total tech. How these review were applied to a computer review is beyond me. Anyone have a review on the computer??
