The different meberships and what they meant were not made clear to me. I was tricked in to buying the expensive one. Id have appreciated transparency. I work in IT I dont need the most expensive one. I had to get a refund for it the $179 and now I have no idea what I am left with.

Usually Best Buy's protection plans are great, however, when it comes to having to send a product out to a service center that takes two weeks plus to fix your laptop that is unacceptable. They need to fix your laptop on site or replace it if they can't. Two weeks without a computer is unacceptable these days.

Haven't used it but if I do need to I have it. Hopefully its as advertised.

Worth it if you have total tech with best buy so it comes included so moneys worth

Waste of money. It’s all covered under manufactures warranty. That is the reason why I requested a refund that was never processed. I had to call back to get it processed and ended up losing over half the money on it because of their negligence.

Way too expensive for next to nothing following the updates and changes that came after I signed up. The old extended warranties were better than whatever this is.

I think that the standard warranty should be longer is instead of making people spend their hard earned money on an extra warranty

I dont think its all that great. Between this and my total tech memvership it still cost me $100 and it took 2 months just to get my screen replaced on my spectre 360 2 in 1 laptop

GPU utilization is ineffective and all methods of updating or modifying were ineffective

Sure protected my laptop that I bought and was asus they recommended it and it was a terrible laptop so I bought the protection for no reason

The treatment that I got was horrible. Im starting to hate it.

I never signed up for a monthly plan, yet, here we are. It's proving to be difficult to cancel the monthly plan.

Expensive and I’ve never used it to date so hopefully it’ll be good if I need it
