not much to say haven't needed it yet. I hope if I needed it I can use it

if part of the total tech plan it is worth it if you buy a lot of stuff

the laptop while working is fantastic, however the battery dies fairly quickly and there is a lot of plastic used on a device of its price tag. the break I experienced would not occur on something metal like a mac. I faced a lot of technical issues with the speakers as well as the functionality.

Really easy to use, little heavy, good for proffesional use as well.

got some value out of it will use more in the future

This is a really great service, which gives Me a total peace of mind, on My expensive gadgets.

24 month protection-Good to have, hope I never need it!

Geek squad is good insurance to have for accidents.

I haven’t had to use this yet so I can’t speak to how useful it is, but it is scary hearing people say that they gave their laptop in and haven’t gotten it back for weeks. I asked this to the geek squad who basically said it’s dependent on the issue- which isn’t a helpful response either.

The My Best Buy Total Yearly Membership is good if you make a large purchase because you get two years protection included. Beware, if you cancel your membership because your husband passed away and they would not put your name as the primary, you loose ALL the active protection plans you had on the products you purchased while on the plan. It's hard enough dealing with the death of a loved one and all the "stuff" associated with that, and not being able to reinstate the plan you had cancelled.

have not used the protection plan yet. hoping its as good as they make it seem to be. definitely recommend to get some form of coverage for you items tho.

Not too sure about the protection plan. I used it once so far. I am going to have to use it again. The cost I think is too high for 24 months.

Not sure what this is. If it's regarding Total Tech through Best Buy, I purchased it along with my computer in September and I like the security Total Tech gives me.

Dont buy open box, will probably be messed up. BestBuy doesn't inspect or hold packaging up to standards when they should. It is fundamental for protecting the device.

I got my questions answered about what services I would need incase i have to use my warranty.
