I needed them cleaned of some annoying popups from Total AdBlock, download and save big case files to an external drive, and recover a "Download" library. The recovery of the Download library was crucial -- I feared I lost files which would be very difficult to repace. All objectives were satisfied. I am pleased.

Excellent Help from Geek Squad

They helped set everything up and made sure my laptop was running perfectly before I left. It’s great knowing I have support if anything ever goes wrong. Definitely worth having their protection and tech help!

Geek Squad unsatisfactory
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this service 2 times and would have used it 3 times but find no satisfaction in the completed workload. 1st. data transfer was not done after waiting several days 2ed data transfer was not complete
