I buy everything at BestBuy for the great protection plan!

This came with my total membership. I am assuming it will work the way it is supposed to work -- when something doesnt work!!!!

The Best Buy protection has been a very valuable part of my technology needs. The staff is always helpful and it is great to know that my equipment is protected.

I had a life emergency and have been comforted to know that major expenses, such as electronics TVs computers, and all the devices that you rely on, most importantly, obviously the phone – – – that this is a simple streamlined way to protect devices that you rely on

Good they set my computer up very fast. Never used for any other services though but smart people.

Price to performance isn't great but no 4090 equipped laptop is. If you need the portability and that 16GB of VRAM and the price isn't a concern, then this is one of the best gaming laptops available. The screen looks amazing, and the colors really pop. It is made of plastic but not all plastics are created equal, and it feels really solid. It runs cool and the fans are some of the quieter ones I've heard on a gaming laptop all while handling every game I threw at it and running Blender without issues. I took one star away because it is lacking Windows facial recognition and/or a fingerprint scanner, and the charging brick is still quite large when other companies have shrunk similar 330W bricks using GaN chargers.

This protection plan is incredible. definitely helpful.

My earbuds got sent through the washing machine and having the geek squad membership made it's super easy to get them replaced.

The Razer Blade 14 (2024 edition) with RTX 4070 GPU is a real stunner of a laptop. The screen is absolutely superb with exceptional brightness and color accuracy. I watched two episodes of Star Wars The Bad Batch on this laptop and was blown away by the visuals AND audio. The build quality is second to none (sorry Apple MacBook Pro fans) and the battery life (getting ~ 7 hours) has been really good so far.

I just got this Total plan and will update my review if and when I need to use it but I do think it is a good plan.
