    Not worth the cost. Best Buy doesn't honor the plan if your product is still under manufacturer warranty. The staff are well trained in excuses why the needed work doesn't isn't covered. They'll refer you to the manufacturer who won't help because you didn't purchase directly from them (HP specifically). The added protection plan is just another money grab.

    Great to know my stuff is protected. I dont have to worry about my stuff breaking and being out of 300 when i could of got the insurance.

    So far, Geek Squad out twice already, and I still have a problem issue with sound on videos, etc. The speakers do not seem to work anymore.
