I plan on getting another pc because i cant be bothered worrying about this pc randomly restarting on all the time.

Buyer Beware

Windows refused to activate so I finally gave in and took up to our nearest Best Buy to get the issue resolved. We were told that they could not activate it without a key. We had to provide one. I think it is safe to say that when someone orders a pc it is expected that it will have a legal copy of windows already installed. For some reason this machine did not. We were also told that Best Buy sells these machines but does not actually do the refurbishing, This is not indicated on the description.

pat best 199 service contract and get no service
