Bought this all-in-one for my dad. Love the pop up camera and face sign-in! It was easy to set up and my 79year old father loves it!

Have not used this protection plan yet for this product/PC, but I've had this protection on other items for a friend and it's been a game changer.

the Membership is alright But to expensive you don't get a whole lot of benefits from it for $179.00 a year not that worth it
