    Total Tech has more than paid for itself over the last year. As a matter of fact, it has done so multiple times over. The time came to renew this plane and I happily did so. It feels great to have so much added protection for electronic equipment considering that you never know when you might have some issues. And Best Buy is great at honoring the coverage. No issues so far.

    Get it. Purchased an all-in-one in November for a Xmas gift. Day arrives and we have a duplicate. Typically after 30 days their is no chance of a refund, but with Total Tech it’s extended to 60. This made the return really easy and pain free. Also with the return I purchased myself an IMac and due to membership not only did I receive a discount, I also got free 2 day shipping, and AppleCare free for 24 months, among other freebies. Pricey but pays for itself.

    Fortunately, I have not had to use this plan. But it does give a non IT person peace of mind knowing that an excellent group of IT people can fix any problems that may occur with your product for 2 years.
