    Purchased Tower and Geek Squad Protection. Used Geek Squad to my home 2xs already, great service. The Tower is wonderful, too.

    Love the protection I get from Best Buy but geek squad is awful. No one is trained none of them help you they just put you off to another person.

    I really like the way this computer starts faster, but I wish it had a DVD drive in it. The agent who sold me this PC said I could purchase a portable blue ray player and play my blue rays. But unfortunately, it can only play dvd's.
