perfect condition great price good value excellent choice

Im not sure what to say I haven't had to use this but I like the reassurance of knowing I have it

It’s worth the peace of mind knowing that I can deal with my local store. Hope I never have to use it.

I scheduled a pickup in store and drop off an old computer for data transfer. I arrived to drop off the older computer and was told over and over again I needed a separate appointment for the data transfer. Why when they had the older computer with me and they had my new computer. What was the original appointment for, the computer was bought the day before in the store and held for my old computer drop off? No answer! The Geek Squad Rep was very rude as he usually is! I am a regular customer for years. Pay for Geek Squad. This is ridiculous. Perhaps you need an appointment to park in the parking lot. After a second visit I got the manager to help. He got busy and had the very “you need an appointment person to give me the computer. No apology.

This is great for people to keep their equipment protected.

Have had this item for many months and it works great. The speed and easy of operation are great for the price.

I recommend getting protection on your appliances.

This gives me peace of nind to know I am protected (if, God forbid) sonething happens.

A call to set up appointment put me in the Phillipines where i could not understand what the person was saying. Nondirect number to local BB. JUST TAKES TO MUCH EFFORT TO GET A REPAIR. TOTALLY USER NOT FRIENDLY. I will now wast my time some more and drive over to see if I can get a better response.

Have always purchased the Best Buy Protection to backup manufacture plans and continue with a protection plan ongoing.

There isn't much to say except Best Buy protection is the best you can get.

Love, Love, Love my new computer, I am using it now. The mouse does not need a mousepad and the key board uses light touch.

I would recommend total tech to anyone it’s great peace of mind for electronics
