Bought this because I could not get Geek Squad to service my 6 year old computer at home.

Worth the money if you have numerous electronics and aren't tech savvy.

Perfect machine for basic home office use. Great deal.

Was originally purchased w/ my new computer/ printer in OCT. not sure why it says Nov. but for the fact it's a "Monthly" thing that I paid for up front for the 24 mo. ... Wierd..... And I have not had to use this as of yet, so will update in the future if need.

use of protection will save money if the product breaks down. Best Buy will take care of the problem.

I have the monthly Best Buy protection and am glad to have the coverage should it be necessary.

Awful unbelievable. After less than 1 year old and a remote session from geek squad tech support to connect my new pc to my new printer, the pc started having problems. The problems continued until the pc became 2 years and 4 months old. At that time, best buy geek squad revealed to me that the entire time, the problem is known as the blue screen of death. They said this is not repairable and that I either need a new motherboard or just buy a new computer. This is outrageous and unacceptable. If best buy geek squad online tech support had identified the correct problem at the time I had brought it to their attention, the pc was only 1 year old and it would have all been covered under warranty. Now I need a new computer. Best Buy customer service said that a store manager would call me to discuss this. No one has called me. No one seemed to care. I cannot believe this level of service from Best Buy.
