Works as stated, the price point is higher than expected.

The PC never worked correctly out of the box. I took it to Geek Squad twice after they claimed they fixed it and I was still having the same problem. The store decided to give me a replacement, and so far no problem with the replacement. I only ranked it average for quality because of the need to return the original that I purchased.

This is a brand new purchase for this year. But so far, I have instances where the computer just gets frozen and there is no way to fix it but just unplug. The power button does not respond, the does not connect to the keyboard or the mouse. And this happens so randomly.

Great, so far I haven't needed it but you never hope to use insurance but are always glad you got it when you do need it.

So far my HP Hard Drive. Computer is working well. Just had it installed only 1 week ago.

I bought a computer on October 9, 2023. It broke down in September 2025. Due to lack of time, I couldn't take it in for repair. Today, October 9, 2025, I came because today marks 2 years since the purchase. They didn't want to validate the warranty because, according to them, the warranty had already expired. more than $1000 in the trash

The unit works really well, would have liked a better button to start the unit up with.

Sound bar performs well but wasn’t able to get sub woofer to connect

this system is fast and the smaller size is great. I should have added the cd player

I recommend the Best Buy membership for several reasons.

It is okay. It may be better than I think but I find the new Microsoft operating system so difficult to use that it impacts my assessment of the computer itself; and of course the computer has nothing to do with Microsoft.
