All good and it is always good to have for your products

Very easy to use. Color is great. Lots of space available.

Good option when products are purchase at best buy. But highly priced when it only covers a single item. Initially I was told I would cover all electronics in my household.. I was sad and angry it I found out it didn’t. I had to cancel.

It’s pretty good I guess, I had one of many of my computers to go down and they sent it off and had it fixed, 6 months later same problem and I was advised it was best to buy another computer.

You always need a protection for all your electronics.

Thought it came with a cd download tray but it doesn’t I had to go back and buy it separately. Salesman made it sound like it had it built in.

Great desktop for the general user not a gamer's setup. Overall good performance and can handle added internal video capture cards but lacks the ability to add additional cooling support.

Glad I bought the protection as I could not get my printer to work.

I was looking for a smaller form factor pc that i could mount under my desk but didnt sacrifice a lot. This machine fors just that. Its got great specs for the price, and it works really well! I upgraded to 32 gb 3600 mhz ram and added a 2tb additional hard drive for game storage. Even after the additions I still spent less than I would have on other rigs with less powerful specs. I'm loving this machine and would recommend it to anyone.

Pricey, but it provides peace of mind since you never know when things will go wrong. Wish I had bought it for a couple of earlier computer purchases that turned out to be duds. It is pricey, though.

I am currently writing my review on this device. Never had a machine this fast. From pressing the power button to being ready, 14 seconds. I realize that the operating system is involved in that time value, Windows 11, but this device is worth getting. I used to work an IBM 80286. For a home PC platform, very nice. Consider getting an add on USB card if you have a lot of peripherals.

I still haven't figured out how to get any sound out of this machine. Can't get speaker or headphones connected . No instructions, so I guess I'll have to get the NERD from BB to do this.

I've purchased a lot of pc's over my lifespan, and never have I ever had issues like I did with this desktop. First of all, the paperwork provided to register the product were actually for the motherboard - and not the entire unit. I tried going onto the site (using Edge), but never got the site to work in order to find out how to register the computer. That being said, I should've realized the issues weren't going to end there. I've had the computer for almost three weeks, and I've spent more time restarting and rebooting my computer than actually playing anything on it. I play Cities Skylines and Sims 4, neither of which will stay on the computer for some reason. Neither the Xbox app nor the EA app seem to remember that I have the respective games installed, despite my being able to see them in Program Files. That is to say, when I can click on the apps themselves to get them to open. The computer is massively slow or non-reactive, hence the frequent restarts (some of which have been hour long to overnight restarts, leading me to do a hard reboot). I tried to submit a ticket on the ibuy website. Guess what? That doesn't work either - the web page errors out on pressing Submit. I'm so frustrated with this machine AND company, it's been difficult refraining from adding expletives to this review.

The protection is okay. I have bought all my new equipment vaccuum cleaner in Jan. I bought my printer in which the insurance went out a week before I got the computer and none of that can be covered. The insurance is 150 a year and these two items can't be covered. Crazy

Tower takes up a lot of space on my desk! Thought I'd try a tower with a monitor because I had such bad luck with my last all in one desktop. But you can't swipe the monitor's screen. Does not work that way. Have to USE MOUSE ONLY.

This thing is a piece of garbage. It’s the second one in less than a year and collectively between both of them I’ve had to bring them in at least 8 times for repair and have spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad running diagnostics. Highly recommend you buy anything but a Cyberpower PC.
