I am not computer-savvy enough to perform maintenance on my computer, and rely on this plan when I need to make any changes to my computer and as a safety measure in case I mess up things.

Does not to seem to be paying for anything, as it took 3 times to get my new computer to work. $297.00.

I love the protection plan, but it only lasts 2 years and you have to pay yearly....

I had to call twice and waited all day to have my old appliance picked up. finally had to go to the best buy store to get it scheduled again. This time I hope it works

I was very happy when I purchased it, It was a Reasonable price, I purchased it online and when my order was ready i got a message in my phone telling me your in line & It was ready for pickup. When i got there it was alittle bit of a wait but I got it!! I was a very pleased customer Thank You Bestbuy

Support staff unable to transfer all documents to new computer after two trips and long wait times. Scheduling was difficult due to staff shortages. Staff was cordial but clearly und we rstaffed to provide adequate, timely support service. Scheduling was difficult and customer appointments were conflicted due to errors.

Its a good computer. But if the motherboard goes, it isnt good anymore. Abd thats what happened to obe i bought.

Dont buy they rip you off or youll get a guy who lies to you and tells you a different promotion just so you agree to it. I bought a lap top 2 years ago was told buy best buy total tech they offering a deal for $200 and everything you buy during those 2 years will be covered. I was charged $175 and then that next year saw another charge for $175 so i called. Im like that isnt the deal i was offered and didnt even get an apology. Not worth buying unless you buy alot of things.

Protection still requires $79 to ship the computer in for repair. If it didn't void the warranty it would be more cost effective to do the repair myself.

Not good enough for the work. We had to go through to get one that worked.

Was a great purchase for a great price. The only thing it feels like was made out of cheap plastic

Glad I bought this because less than a week after buying a new computer it crapped out

We got the Best Buy protection for our new computer with the Geek Squad service. Being older, we don't know how to use many of the features of the new computer, so it is great to be able to call and get tech help 24/7.

I bought it for my Son and he loves it , it's easy to use.

Generally don't purchase protections. Would not purchase again as a matter of personal assessment of such products.

I try to delete a print job but the Control Panel won't come up .I try to pull up Control Panel five time or more. And it won't come up. Its have Window 11 on it. My old computer have Window 7 on it. My old computer is the same brand of the new one . When I buy old computer I have nothing go wrong with until window 7 have no more updates .

Would have been better off if I had just paid the transfer fee.

I’m not sure if im reviewing the pc or the total tech service. The bestbuy app wasnt very clear. If this for the pc I would say its solid ryzen chip and 3060. Good budget rig nothing special. If I’m talking about the total tech service it could be better. Best part is if you buy apple products you get two years of applecare on all apple products

I have not used this product as of this date. I will send in a review after I have used the product.
