I downloaded a couple games I get off and when I get back on I can’t even play because it has blue screen error

Any protection plan is good to have. It gives you a chance to see how the product functions.

So expensive to cover,just wasting of money for my own opinion

Hard to say if it was worth the price, something new shouldn't stop working within 2 years...

The computer stopped working 1month after buying. Hopefully the replacement will be better

I purchased 3 computers from you and one came in with a broken screen. I called and was told to return it. I did, then you sent it back to me and said you could not accept my return. It was sent back in 2 days after I ordered it and was in perfect condition except broken screen.

This only Lasted a Year and a half. I would look into buying something else. Worked Great before that, then failed for no reason.

Purchase for my daughter for her job. Great price at the right time.

My husband purchased this plan for one year when he purchased his computer. The plan was renewed $211.99 the following year without our permission. I took a month to get a refund and the plan canceled. And they used a credit card which we had not given them???

I got this home and found that it had removed the cables and ucb buds. Trying to retrieve them has been a customer service nightmare. I can’t review this pc if it can’t be set up.

Good cpu. Graphics are great and the performance is great.

My computer took a crap about 3 months after getting it setup and I took it back to Best Buy for them to fix it and they shyte the bed. Nothing has been the same since and if I could give this 0 stars I would.

It's a good protection,but you don't get antivirus protection with the plan

I find that they never want to cover anything and I would not waste my money again in the future.

Super cheaply made, very slow out of the box, no dedicated video card. Wanted to replace the tower in my entertainment center, this was not it.

Was encouraged to purchase for installation and data migration . First appointment available on month from delivery - but was not told this upon purchase. Geek Squad visit cancelled one day before appointment . Unacceptable.

Customer service representative was helpful but did not solve my problem! He said that instructions to download my Office 365 Family would be resent in 2 hours yesterday but no email has been sent

The service guys at Frisco are useless, not willing to help, and they suck, except for a girl who really stepped out for helping and provided accurate services status, but all guys really suck at Frisco TX store

This is not the best computer to purchase, I wish I could take it back for something different, I purchased it for my son from the recommendation from an employee at BEST Buy.
