The service guys at Frisco are useless, not willing to help, and they suck, except for a girl who really stepped out for helping and provided accurate services status, but all guys really suck at Frisco TX store

This is not the best computer to purchase, I wish I could take it back for something different, I purchased it for my son from the recommendation from an employee at BEST Buy.

Useless. Does not cover if your device needs repaired so I do not get the point of this at all.

I regret buying this cheap computer. The forced use to Microsoft is a disgrace but you have no options. I would not do it again.

Called to have printer hooked to computer. This was about my 4th call. All other times it would only work for a few hours. This time, Geek Squad Agent ruined my whole computer. Deleted my print driver files and wrote in notes that printer was working fine, she checked it out. Computer told me printer wasn't installed. Messed up a lot of other files and could hardly use anything. They fixed those problems in store (7 days) and scheduled home visit for printer hook up on Dec. 24th. Was supposed to be here from 8 am to 1 pm. Called store at 2 pm, agent checked person coming and I was told to wait, agent would be here. Waited until 9:30 pm. No one came, nor did they call. Went online to see what happened and it said my order number wasn't scheduled. Now, they want to schedule for Jan. 7, 2023 but probably won't show up then either. I had things to do on Christmas Eve but had to wait on agent who didn't even come nor called to let me know; waited 13.5 hours. Will be going to a company more considerate and timely.

I have yet been able to walk away from my computer and it respond when I get back( after about 30 minutes)

We buy exclusively through Best Buy for all of their computers, laser printer, Smart TV's, hardware, tablets, supplies, appliances, etc.,etc. The service projection plans take the hassle out of getting us and running again. We're 100% Best Buy Fans!!!

I was skeptical at first, but having Best Buy Protection I was able to get a refund on my computer since it went on sale a few weeks after my purchase. Without the plan I would not have been able to receive the refund

Brought gaming computer hoping it would be what he needed. Did not work out of box .

Always good to have protection and that's not saying we need it but once in a while there maybe a item that has problems. Always better to be safe than sorry.

The Best Buy protection plan has helped me a few different times. I highly recommend it.

Satisfied with my purchase. Have shopped Best Buy befor & will continue for as long as they are in business!
