It is very fast and my kids enjoyed playing their games in it.

I was very dissapointed with this cpu at first. It kept freezing on middle of something. But when I contact with the Geek Squad, I increased the RAM to 32. Then after, I have not faced the same problem again. Please do add processors, depending on your needs. I used it for billing, while opening couples of webs.

I bought the Total Tech Protection when I bought a new computer last summer. I used it recently when I bought a new 77" TV and Sonos sound system. It took the Geek squad 5 hours to hook everything up, so I am glad I did not try it myself. They tested everything and explained the new features to us. Having the Total Tech saved me hundreds of dollars. Well worth the money.

I stopped using desktop computers a long time ago because it is not always easy to get them to work optimally with what you're trying to do, and as in the case with this one they are definitely not cheap especially if you get one that is capable of playing games and processing videos and things of that sort. The main reason I bought this was to use video editing and photo editing software and possibly play games and do my school work. For that it does a good job but sometimes it seems a bit loud, I'm assuming this is because for the last 15 years I've used tablets and laptops and those don't tend to be all that loud.

I love the Best Buy membership. You get 60 days to return or exchange and a two year protection. Highly reccomend.

What's not to love about having the Geek Squad and overall tech support for all my gadgets and gizmos! Its a great comfort knowing I have such a safety net to cover any accidents and such.

Best Buy has GREAT protection for all my products.

I believe this was included in my Service plan so I am happy with that.
