This service is a great value in my opinion. I have already utilized it for installation, assessment of older laptop (what was recommended for upgrade) and diagnosis on my new computer. I feel protected with my purchases, equipment knowing that they are covered with this service. If I had done these services from outside vendor it would have costs me WAY more than the cost of this service.

I would recomend everyone to get the protection. With technology you never know if you'll have bad luck. The protection is great, the guys at best buy wont ask questions they will either make you a refund or replace product.
