I stopped using desktop computers a long time ago because it is not always easy to get them to work optimally with what you're trying to do, and as in the case with this one they are definitely not cheap especially if you get one that is capable of playing games and processing videos and things of that sort. The main reason I bought this was to use video editing and photo editing software and possibly play games and do my school work. For that it does a good job but sometimes it seems a bit loud, I'm assuming this is because for the last 15 years I've used tablets and laptops and those don't tend to be all that loud.

I bought the Total Tech Protection when I bought a new computer last summer. I used it recently when I bought a new 77" TV and Sonos sound system. It took the Geek squad 5 hours to hook everything up, so I am glad I did not try it myself. They tested everything and explained the new features to us. Having the Total Tech saved me hundreds of dollars. Well worth the money.

Tired to reload to factory settings. contact DELL support, they attempted to help by sending email instructions, then closed ticket. No further help. DELL was better years ago, they have went to poor customer service.
