First time getting looking forward to long time use thank you Best Buy

My son absolutely loves gaming computer! He’s had it for almost 3 years and it still works like new.

This service is 100% worth it, I have encountered a few issues in the past and thank goodness to this peace of mind warranty I have received what I paid for. Get it! Not only is it a hassle free warranty but the tech support is amazing. I have had it for about 5 years straight.

I have always had good experiences with Best Buy staff. They seem to all know their stuff and if they don't have an answer, they will defer to another employee who does. Overall very, very positive.

I'm able to open mutliple windows for my school work and it never slows down.

Purchase a default on the first purchase but after that was returned and swap out for a new one , I have had no problems.

Tired to reload to factory settings. contact DELL support, they attempted to help by sending email instructions, then closed ticket. No further help. DELL was better years ago, they have went to poor customer service.

Bought an HP-All-in-One and wished it did not have Win11. I am 81 and been working with all the computers very, very large to tablets, and many, many in between. The same goes for their operating systems. I was not prepared for Win 11. Back when the clouds first started, I told my clients that the cloud was just someone else's computer. Nothing has changed.
